Daniel is responsible for performing due diligence on investment opportunities, managing industry analysis activities, and researching market trends. He also supervises and actively participates in all of Golden Mean’s administrative and operations tasks. Daniel’s interests lie in small enterprise development in sub-Saharan Africa. He lived and worked in Ghana, West Africa for more than two years as a Small Enterprise Advisor for the Peace Corps. During his service he trained local entrepreneurs on best practices, assisted with the legal registration process, and facilitated the procurement of funding. Daniel also taught Entrepreneurship Skills Training and Math at a vocational school for girls in Agona Swedru.
Daniel earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. He received a M.A. in International Studies with a focus on development in sub-Saharan Africa from the University of San Francisco.
